We are seeking dedicated and skilled technicians who are committed to excellence in vehicle diagnostics and repairs. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where our team can thrive and advance their careers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assess and diagnose vehicle issues.
2. Collaborate with the shop foreman or service advisor regarding necessary repairs.
3. Relay additional service recommendations to the service advisor.
4. Coordinate work plans with the shop foreman.
5. Provide labor estimates to the service advisor.
6. Track repair time and keep the service advisor updated.
7. Adhere strictly to dealership policies regarding vehicle maintenance and operation.
8. Complete documentation for client repairs.
9. Mentor and guide technician trainees.
10. Participate in company and manufacturer training sessions.
11. Stay informed about factory technical bulletins.
12. Comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including hazardous waste disposal.
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or GED is required, along with 1 to 3 months of relevant experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Licenses:
Valid Operator Driver License
