Key Responsibilities

Accounting Operations

  • Manage daily accounting operations, including financial reporting and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our financial systems, including SAP, BPC, and MAPICS.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Finance to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Financial Analysis

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement financial models to support business decisions.
  • Provide financial insights to inform strategic planning and decision-making.

Education and Experience

BS/BA in Accounting/Finance, CPA preferred. Minimum of 2-5 years accounting and/or related finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting information systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
