Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of tax compliance and planning for our clients.
  • Lead a team of tax professionals to deliver high-quality service to our clients.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of tax services.
Requirements
  • CPA License
  • Bachelor's in accounting and/or Master's degree in Tax.
  • Experience in working with partnerships, corporations, estates, and trusts.
  • English and Spanish required.
  • 10 years plus of progressive and continuous tax experience in public accounting.
  • Experienced with CCH Tax software, Excel, and QuickBooks, and/or RIA Checkpoint.
  • Understanding of relevant tax legislation corporate, personal, and partnership tax compliance and planning.
  • Experience in leading staff, seniors, and/or supervisors.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Values teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work.
  • Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals/Trusts and Estates.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
