As a Customer Service Representative, you will enjoy a competitive starting salary ranging from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, based on your experience and expertise. This is a direct-hire position, allowing you to become an integral part of our team from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately process customer orders in alignment with company and client specifications.
  • Manage invoicing and verify rates according to contractual agreements.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies as required.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication via email and phone.
  • Adhere to established company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with both office and warehouse teams to achieve productivity targets.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or third-party logistics (3PL).
  • Flexibility in work schedule, including the ability to work early, late, or on weekends as needed.
  • Proficient in multiple warehouse management systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong mathematical skills, including basic arithmetic operations.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
