Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage designated customer accounts.
- Process incoming and outgoing customer orders with a focus on accuracy.
- Prepare necessary documentation and invoices by confirming contractual rates as per agreements.
- Engage with customers through email or phone, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory as required.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service within the logistics or 3PL sector.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to perform basic mathematical operations.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems; experience with Synapse is a plus.
