Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage designated customer accounts.
  • Process incoming and outgoing customer orders with a focus on accuracy.
  • Prepare necessary documentation and invoices by confirming contractual rates as per agreements.
  • Engage with customers through email or phone, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory as required.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service within the logistics or 3PL sector.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to perform basic mathematical operations.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems; experience with Synapse is a plus.
