Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service:
    • Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and offer a warm welcome.
    • Offer assistance to any guests who may need help, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Process GC On the Go To-Go orders efficiently and accurately.
    • Provide friendly and courteous service on the phone and in person.
    • Handle payments accurately and maintain a high level of cash handling integrity.
    • Know and follow position responsibilities as they relate to just-in-time delivery.
    • Be knowledgeable about the menu, prices, and buffet offerings.
  • Cleanliness:
    • Maintain a clean and organized environment at the vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding areas.
    • Assist in setting up the buffet and ensuring labels are correct.
    • Clean all buffets and surrounding areas, adhering to local health department laws.
    • Perform daily duties and ensure cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Inform the Manager when the money in the drawer needs to be taken to the safe to reduce the risk of robbery.
    • Ensure drawer balances with daily paperwork.
