We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our day-to-day operations as an Office Services Associate in our Dallas office.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage office supplies inventory and maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchens and conference rooms.
- Prepare meeting rooms for upcoming events and handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
- Assist in setting up new employee workstations and coordinate with vendors for facility needs.
- Perform other tasks as assigned and ensure cleanliness and stocked supplies in kitchen areas.
- Answer phones promptly and professionally and assist with copy jobs as needed.
- Organize office supply area daily and maintain a positive and efficient workplace environment.
- Preferred: 3 years of office or hospitality experience and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High School Diploma preferred; college coursework desirable and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe.
- On-site position in our Dallas office and mostly indoors with minimal hazards exposure.
- Occasional unplanned overtime may be required and ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (flexible) and overtime as necessary to support office operations.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs and operating rolling trays and dollies.
- Extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking and maintaining a positive and efficient workplace environment.
