Operations Associate/Office Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Associate/Office Manager to join our team at Parallel Advisors, LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, implementing new client accounts, and providing exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:
* Manage front office duties, including handling mail, answering phone calls, and greeting visitors
* Maintain check logs and deposits, as required
* Optimize the client experience through efficient operations and service
* Manage operational needs of clients during the onboarding process
* Serve as a resource to financial advisors in onboarding client relationships
* Participate in cross-functional projects to improve quality and efficiency
Requirements:
* Operational knowledge in new accounts, cashiering, transfers, and account maintenance
* Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands and competing priorities
* Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
* Broker/Dealer platform experience a plus
* CRM experience, specifically Salesforce, a plus
* Experience with Google Suite, a plus
