Verovian Nursing Agency is in search of a skilled and passionate Clinical Nursing Manager to oversee our Progressive Care Unit (PCU). In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for directing clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care. This position demands strong leadership abilities, clinical knowledge, and a dedication to fostering a patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and guide nursing personnel in the PCU, maintaining high standards of patient care.
  • Coordinate patient care processes, ensuring timely and effective treatment.
  • Recruit, mentor, and assess nursing staff, supporting their professional development.
  • Implement and evaluate quality improvement strategies to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Effectively manage resources, including staffing and equipment, to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing is mandatory; a Master's degree in Nursing or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity within a PCU or comparable environment.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required; PCCN certification is advantageous.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
