Position Overview:
This is a full-time role, with the possibility of a flexible 30-hour part-time arrangement for the right candidate.

Your responsibilities will include designing, planning, and coordinating detailed phases of studies and investigations, as well as preparing contract documents for HVAC and plumbing systems. You will also focus on energy studies/improvements and sustainable design elements for various buildings and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables
- Lead business development efforts
- Mentor and guide junior engineers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or Mechanical Engineering
- A minimum of 4 years of experience, ideally within the Architectural Engineering sector
- Professional Engineering License is required
- Experience with Revit/BIM and LEED certification is advantageous
Compensation:
Salary range is $70,000 - $125,000, complemented by a competitive bonus structure.
