Job Summary

The Senior Mechanical Engineer position is a key role in our engineering team, responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and products. This position requires a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience in design, analysis, and testing of mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and designers
  • Design and develop mechanical systems and products, including concept development, detailed design, and testing
  • Conduct analysis and testing of mechanical systems and products to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and technical notes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve engineering processes and products
Requirements
  • BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on design, analysis, and testing
  • Strong background in mechanical engineering principles and practices
  • Experience with CAD software, including SolidWorks and AutoCAD
  • Experience with FEA software, including ANSYS and Nastran
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
