Customer Success Representative

InspHire is seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Representative to join our team. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with our customers and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
You will collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience and liaise with key business executives and stakeholders to prepare sales reports.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager or relevant role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year and a benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plan and paid time off.
