Position Overview:
We are in search of a skilled Site Construction Manager with extensive experience in steel and structural projects. The ideal candidate will take charge of construction sites, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budgetary constraints, and the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all on-site construction operations.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
  • Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Monitor project progress and compile regular updates.
  • Address any on-site challenges or conflicts swiftly and effectively.
  • Maintain open communication with project managers, architects, and clients.
  • Ensure all construction activities align with the project timeline and budget.
  • Implement and uphold safety protocols to foster a secure working environment.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Site Construction Manager, especially in steel and structural projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to perform under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and relevant tools.

Education and Experience:
  • A degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the construction field.
  • Certifications in construction safety and project management are beneficial.
