Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls and emails from patients and pharmacy partners regarding billing-related inquiries and issues.
• Review patient accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist patients with payment plans and refunds, as well as troubleshoot issues with our E-Bill platform.
• Collaborate with our team to identify and resolve billing-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
• Microsoft Office experience and proficiency in using various software applications.
• Exceptional attendance history and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time contract-to-hire position, with a duration of approximately 20 weeks. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with two available shifts: 7:30am-4:00pm or 7:00am-3:30pm.
