Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Five Star Call Centers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow established communication scripts to handle customer inquiries and concerns
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions and alternatives
  • Access company and client resources to accurately handle customer calls
  • Upsell products and services when opportunities arise

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening
  • Ability to type 20-25 words per minute accurately

Benefits:

  • Starting pay - $14/hour, plus shift differential
  • Flexible scheduling with shifts between 8:00am-10:00pm (EST)
