We are seeking skilled professionals to contribute to innovative projects at M-Team Solutions, LLC. As a Test Technician, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the construction of lab apparatus and conducting various tests under the guidance of experienced technicians and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and construction of laboratory equipment and apparatus under the guidance of a lead technician or supervisor.
  • Prepare, set up, and perform tests, ensuring adherence to established procedures and protocols.
  • Conduct laboratory tests and measurements of components, selecting and properly connecting test instrumentation systems to obtain specified test data.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in laboratory and evaluation areas, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Perform other support services as directed by the supervisor, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain advanced technical skills with a strong foundation in testing principles and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional technical support and guidance to colleagues and supervisors.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Advanced technical skills with a strong foundation in testing principles.
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Exceptional technical skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Self-starter with proficiency in computer operations and software applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
