Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in robotics, automotive, or automation maintenance (educational experience is acceptable)
- Proficient in interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics
- Skilled in using hand tools, including screwdrivers, Allen wrenches, and multimeters
- High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's Degree in Robotics is preferred
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as necessary

- Ensuring high-quality standards during product assembly, modification, and system integration based on technical documentation.
- Following detailed instructions outlined in the Manufacturing Process Plan while documenting all checks performed.
- Utilizing engineering design documents to position, assemble, and secure robotic systems and related equipment.
- Operating robots using a teach pendant for programming tasks.
- Managing software updates, backups, and upgrades for robotic systems.
- Defining and teaching basic robotic paths for operational efficiency.
- Conducting testing and functional verification of products and systems as specified.
- Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and electrical issues in equipment.
- Preparing products and systems for shipment, ensuring proper disassembly.
- Maintaining tools in accordance with the Tool Management Procedure, ensuring proper check-out and return.
- Exhibiting reliable attendance and maintaining a professional demeanor in all aspects of work.
- Upholding a high standard of professionalism in appearance, communication, and workspace organization.
