Branch Support Liaison

Earn Up to $31.25 per hourThis role is responsible for managing branch office operations, handling communications, and assisting with administrative tasks to support efficient operations across departments. The Branch Support Specialist serves as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and employees, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative support, or branch support role, and proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Answer, screen, and transfer calls to appropriate departments.
- Provide detailed call synopses via Teams to enhance customer service response times.
- Clarify and complete Central Communications messages.
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and documents.
- Guide customers in the 'systems on test' process by verifying credentials and assisting with self-service platforms to reduce call volume and enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain updated emergency contacts and ensure accurate communication with external partners like the Fire Department and Call Center.
- Assist Accounts Receivable with check processing and Accounts Payable with COIs and mailing checks.
- Coordinate meeting room schedules and assist with minor facilities management tasks.
- Organize and maintain inventory for office supplies, ensuring efficient procurement and replenishment.
