The Clinical Supervisor I/II/III will play a vital role in leading our Behavioral Health Program, overseeing the delivery of evidence-based treatment services and ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality care possible. This dynamic leader will be responsible for supervising a team of direct service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that our program goals are met and our clients' needs are addressed.

This position requires a licensed clinician with significant experience in substance abuse treatment, preferably in a leadership capacity. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team of professionals. A strong understanding of trauma-informed care, cultural competence, and ASAM levels of care is essential for this role.

Beyond the clinical aspects of this position, the Clinical Supervisor I/II/III will also serve as a key liaison between our program and external partners, collaborating with community organizations and healthcare providers to ensure seamless referrals and transitions of care.

In terms of compensation, we offer a highly competitive salary range of $87,480 to $109,620, depending on experience and qualifications.
