The Senior Director of Operations Role

St. Patrick Center, a ministry of Catholic Charities, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of Operations to join our team. This key leadership position is responsible for overseeing the planning, acquisition, and monitoring of grant revenue, as well as ensuring program and grant compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement grant revenue planning strategies to drive growth and sustainability.
  • Manage teams responsible for grants, program compliance, and data management.
  • Collaborate with finance and program senior directors to ensure revenue planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
  • Oversee program operational reviews, including financial and outcome performance monitoring.
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and Joint Commission accreditation.
  • Lead security operations and oversee data quality, analysis, and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in grant revenue planning, acquisition, and monitoring.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and Joint Commission accreditation requirements.
