Job Title: Senior Channel Sales Manager

This role is responsible for driving sales growth through strategic partnerships with key channel partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that meets or exceeds quarterly and annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners to drive sales growth.
  • Responsible for selling new software licenses and achieving quarterly and annual sales quota targets.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain sales reports and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales track record and achievements of sales targets in the enterprise business application software industry.
  • Experience leading partner business and connections with key partners in the market.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Infor's focus business applications (ERP) products.
  • Experience and knowledge in the Manufacturing Industry (Auto, IM, F&B).
  • Business level of English (Speaking, Listening, and Writing).
