We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Services Associate to join our team at Jefferson Health. As a key member of our front desk team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the patient experience by providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Verify patient demographic information and insurance details
- Process arrival and departure activities, including check-in and check-out
- Support the delivery of the Jefferson Experience by providing prompt and courteous treatment to all patients and visitors
- Interact with co-workers, visitors, and other staff in a professional manner
- Maintain an efficient flow of patients to examination rooms
- Escalate patient and/or provider concerns as appropriate
- Adhere to HIPAA privacy and security requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service and/or patient-facing healthcare experience preferred
