Job Title: Administrative Services

Ampcus Inc. is a leading provider of technology and business consulting services. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Services professional.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, preparing reports, and providing administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather, compile, and verify information for data entry and reporting purposes.
  • Follow established procedures for completing clerical tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and operating office equipment.
  • Assist with administrative matters, including verifying statistical reports, compiling information, and scheduling appointments.
  • Select from alternative methods to solve problems and refer complex issues to others.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Less than one year of experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and software applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
