Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Engineering Services Department, including reviewing and processing purchase orders, communicating with internal customers and vendors, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of experience in a purchasing function, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Provide administrative support to the Engineering Services Department, including reviewing and processing purchase orders.
  • Communicate with internal customers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including purchase orders, invoices, and vendor information.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including answering phones, taking messages, and providing information to customers and vendors.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of experience in a purchasing function.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
