Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Front Desk Supervisor to lead our guest services team. As a key member of our hotel's management team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality guest service, achieving budgeted revenues and expenses, and developing short- and long-term financial and operational plans.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain quality guest service standards
  • Achieve budgeted revenues and expenses
  • Develop financial and operational plans
  • Supervise Engineering and Housekeeping operations
  • Resolve guest problems and complaints
  • Manage reservation function to maximize room occupancy and average daily rate
  • Maintain credit control and financial transactions
  • Respond to guest requests and complaints
