We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods from one location to another.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule loads with customers, set pickup and delivery appointments, and manage the movement of goods.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders through effective communication and timely responses.
  • Dispatch and Freight Management: Dispatch and manage over-the-road freight shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
