Position Overview
The Global Mile team is seeking a Logistics Analyst to assist the Drayage Carrier Management Team. This role involves close collaboration with various teams, including Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA), Fulfillment Centers, Drayage Carriers, and Shipment Planning Systems. The Logistics Analyst will be instrumental in supporting daily operational performance metrics and various projects that contribute to the broader organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute data entry and analysis as required.
- Oversee shipment tracking, defect analysis, and manage exceptions.
- Conduct data quality assessments for assigned inbound and outbound logistics flows.
- Assist in daily and weekly performance metric analysis.
- Work collaboratively with service providers to address shipment delivery challenges.
- Partner with origin and destination teams for seamless operations.
- Lead business reviews as necessary.

Basic Qualifications

Our compensation reflects the labor market across various U.S. geographic areas. The base salary for this position ranges from $43,900 to $80,500, depending on the market. Pay is influenced by several factors, including location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon offers a total compensation package that may include equity, sign-on bonuses, and other forms of compensation, along with a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
