Job Overview

As a pivotal player in our operations, the Quality Assurance Supervisor will oversee the quality assurance processes at AFFLINK, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of excellence. Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will encompass:

  1. Leading and guiding the Quality Assurance team by establishing and monitoring quality inspections throughout the production process, ensuring compliance with specified materials and production standards.
  2. Collaborating with various departments including Production, Accounting, Customer Service, and Logistics to set and uphold quality benchmarks for raw materials and finished products.
  3. Enhancing our quality tracking system to boost efficiency, minimize production errors, and reduce waste through actionable metrics.
  4. Formulating and implementing a comprehensive quality strategy that aligns with customer expectations and operational goals, ensuring timely and budget-compliant deliveries.
  5. Communicating and tracking annual quality objectives to ensure alignment across teams.
  6. Overseeing all quality documentation and maintaining necessary policies and procedures to meet quality targets, while fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
  7. Participating as a key member of the HACCP certification team, contributing to the annual audit process.
  8. Driving product consistency by leading cross-functional teams in data analysis and quality enhancement initiatives.
  9. Engaging in pre-launch meetings to facilitate the successful integration of new customers and products.
  10. Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • A strong enthusiasm and motivation to understand our operational capabilities in flexographic and digital printing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills to analyze and address quality conformance issues proactively.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Excel for data management and reporting.
