Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet or exceed written specifications.
  • Inspections and Testing: Perform inspections and testing to validate SOPs and ensure accuracy of equipment.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Accurately report data in daily HACCP documents and customer-facing documents.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory of chemicals, personal protective equipment, and production materials.
  • Training and Development: Assist in training production personnel in GMP and GHP to ensure food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Must be at least 18 years of age and have relevant experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Physical Demands: Capable of working in a cold, noisy environment; approximately 34-38 degrees. Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Working Conditions

Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
