Position Overview:
We are currently in search of a meticulous and committed Quality Assurance Evaluator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is essential in upholding the exceptional standards of service and quality that Qlarant is recognized for.

In this capacity, you will be tasked with assessing and analyzing the quality of services and processes within our organization.

This position is remote, allowing for flexibility, with occasional travel requirements of up to 25% to engage with teams and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be pivotal in pinpointing areas for enhancement, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and executing quality assurance strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting regular evaluations
  • Preparing comprehensive reports
  • Collaborating with various service providers to elevate overall quality

You will also be responsible for staying informed about industry trends and best practices to propose innovative solutions that foster continuous improvement.

This role demands a proactive individual capable of working independently, managing multiple tasks effectively, and communicating proficiently with all stakeholders.

Offering a competitive annual salary starting at $25,000, along with a per diem for travel-related expenses, this position is classified as regular/at-will employment.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Experience in conducting quality assessments and audits
  • A proven history of implementing quality improvement initiatives
  • Familiarity with services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred
  • Experience in remote work environments and virtual collaboration tools
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Prior experience with travel and on-site assessments
  • Experience in training and mentoring team members on quality standards and best practices
