Job Overview

Total Aerospace Services is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to spearhead business development efforts in the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth within commercial and military aerospace sectors.
  • Formulate business cases with clear goals, including revenue benchmarks, expense forecasts, and expansion tactics.
  • Establish and track development objectives, orchestrate action plans, and assess the sales force's efficacy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize efforts and achieve company-wide goals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, provide sales support, and generate leads within the aerospace domain.
  • Design and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and cost strategies.
  • Analyze market intelligence and trends to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Lead specialized team training and contribute to the development of business development strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business management; an MBA is highly valued.
  • At least 5 years of high-level sales or strategic planning experience, with a decade or more in leadership roles.
  • Experience with DOD operations, maintenance, and contracting is a significant asset.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite and ability to interpret financial reports.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% for business needs.
