Position Summary: As a Production Supervisor at MS Aerospace, you will spearhead continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing all manufacturing processes. This role encompasses overseeing daily operations, ensuring adherence to policies, and enhancing productivity, playing a crucial role in our organizational success.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and supervise daily operations to achieve optimal performance
  • Improve production efficiency and adaptability while minimizing costs
  • Guarantee product quality, timely delivery, and effective resource management
  • Execute strategies that align with company objectives and initiatives
  • Monitor operations, resolve issues, and foster a positive work environment
  • Enhance productivity, safety, and performance metrics through efficient systems
  • Stay informed on the latest practices in production management

Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Production Supervisor with robust leadership capabilities
  • Understanding of business principles, equipment, safety, and quality processes
  • Aptitude for driving accountability, team cohesion, and decision-making
  • Degree in Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience
  • Proficiency in computer skills and strategic planning

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of relevant experience
  • Previous experience in team leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 years of leadership experience or equivalent
  • Experience in tool die making and machine shop operations

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday with on-call responsibilities and weekend availability

Work Location: One location

Position Type: Full-time, 8 hours a day with potential for overtime as required
