Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Experience team as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing world-class service to our customers, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and creating experiences worth celebrating.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a customer-focused, positive attitude while providing exceptional service to our customers
  • Quickly resolve inbound customer inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Become a subject matter expert on our company's policies and procedures
  • Properly identify customer issues and communicate solutions via email or other communication channels
  • Stay organized and document customer interactions in multiple tech systems
  • Recognize and document trends in customer contacts and issues, and alert leadership as needed
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer experience and support team efficiency

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to accurately type at least 50+ words/minute
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to challenging situations
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a desire for upward mobility within the organization
