Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This is an entry-level position with potential for advancement. The successful candidate will be integral to the success of Native Seed LP and the happiness of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions/resolutions
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through interactive communication
  • Process customer returns and refunds
  • Initiate shipping carrier claims
  • Facilitate customer will-call orders
Working Conditions

This is an office position, but you will be required to work in an environment containing dust and other plant-related debris. People with asthma or known allergens to grasses, pollen, etc. should not apply.
