Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to member inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Resolve member issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide education and support to members on their pharmacy benefits and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve member satisfaction

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Proficiency in Mac and Google Suite
  • Flexibility to work schedules from Monday to Friday, with rotating weekend and holiday shifts
