About the Role

United Olive Oil Import Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Supply Chain Manager to join our Supply Chain Team. This is a high-impact role that reports directly to Supply Chain and will interact across the organization to ensure United Olive Oil Import Corp. provides exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the company and our customer service philosophy with integrity while delivering world-class customer service and vendor partnerships.
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end process for managing customer relationships, including building customer orders, arranging product shipment, and concluding with customer invoicing.
  • Add value for customers and logistics providers by building relationships and trust through robust interactions.
  • Maintain an in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of products and sales techniques, becoming a product expert.
  • Identify and communicate improvements that could help drive United Olive Oil business.
  • Assist with various inquiries related to customer orders, product information, and company policies.
  • Refine sales skills through ongoing participation and training for sales and supply chain planning.
  • Promote teamwork by assisting and sharing information with other customer service representatives.
  • Review and drive sales channel programs and account activities in accordance with Sales and Supply Chain Teams.
  • Meet and exceed all performance objectives and metrics set in scorecards.
  • Work across functions with Finance, Sales, Operations to dig in, problem-solve, and make recommendations as needed.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years' experience in Customer Supply Chain management or 5+ years' experience in Customer Supply Chain management.
  • Consumer goods industry experience preferred (experience with major retailers and distributors required).
  • Solid customer service and supply chain background, exceptional interpersonal skills, and adept at identifying customer trends and working across functional groups.
  • Agility in taking initiative to solve issues, partner, and build processes that simplify and build customer experiences.
  • Advanced skills with NetSuite, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and EDI.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills with a high focus on teamwork and growth mindset.
  • Deliver high-quality work with integrity and exhibit a professional and positive attitude.
