Job Description

Job Title: Regional Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Account Manager to join our team at Townsquare Media. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a vital role in providing front-line support to our sales department in both pre-sale and post-sale tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Enter sales orders into our system and ensure timely follow-up to launch. Modify orders as needed to meet client requirements.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with assigned market groups to ensure all necessary information is included in order submissions.
  • Campaign Organization: Collaborate with Digital Campaign Manager, trafficking team, and sellers to organize campaign materials.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Produce reports and review them for issues related to pacing, delivery, and reconciliation.
  • Administrative Support: Act as a true extension of sales and operations, assisting with proposals, sales research, creative guidance, and more.
  • Contract and Order Management: Provide administrative and process support for contracts, customer service, and order history.
  • Campaign Performance: Create advertiser screenshot decks and generate campaign performance reports.

Qualifications:

  • Marketing or Advertising Experience: Past experience in marketing or advertising is welcomed, with strong organizational and time management skills preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships.
  • Analytical and Organizational Skills: Highly organized and focused multi-tasker with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
