Role Responsibilities: As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and oversee all functions within the unit. Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to customize and provide exceptional patient care.
- Assisting with patient admissions and discharges.
- Working with leadership to enhance outcomes and service quality.
- Providing coaching and training to staff to foster engagement and performance improvement.

Qualifications: Candidates must possess the following:
- Registered Nurse licensure.
- Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 90 days of employment.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification within 90 days of employment.
