Position Summary and QualificationsWe are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiac Stepdown Service Unit (CSSU).
In this role, you will deliver direct nursing care in line with the hospital's established policies and protocols.
As part of our 15-bed unit, you will collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate expertise in caring for patients with cardiovascular conditions, including pre and post-operative care for cardiac procedures.
- Monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions effectively using computerized systems.
- Educate patients and their families on care plans and health management.
- Coordinate discharge planning with healthcare team members.
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) License in NH or valid Compact State License.
- BLS and ACLS certifications from recognized organizations.
- Completion of Basic Arrhythmia training within three months of hire.
- NIH Stroke Scale certification within 45 days of hire.
