Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced RN to join our Float Team. This position requires flexibility to work across various units based on staffing needs, providing a unique opportunity to gain diverse experience in acute care environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement physician orders within critical care settings.
- Exhibit critical thinking and leadership in patient care planning.
- Adjust patient care priorities in response to dynamic situations.
- Administer prescribed treatments and monitor patient responses to medications and therapies.
- Coordinate patient admissions and discharges in collaboration with case managers and families.
- Participate in the orientation of new staff and contribute to team meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Hampshire or a compact state.
- 1-3 years of experience in acute care nursing preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
