Front Desk Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to fill our Front Desk position at the West Y. As a key representative of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service to create a positive and welcoming environment.
- Manage incoming phone calls and respond to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Process new member sign-ups and handle membership-related tasks efficiently.
