Customer Service Ambassador

Hustle Notice Biz is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our front desk operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and providing a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and respected.
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, with attention to detail and a focus on efficiency.
  • Ensure a clean and organized front desk area at all times, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and document preparation, using Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, using effective communication skills to resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and bookings, using data to inform decision-making and improve services.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment, including phones, computers, and fax machines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
