Job Description

This Service Desk Leadership role is responsible for supervising a team of Service Desk Technicians and ensuring the effective delivery of technical support services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. They will be responsible for managing staff performance, providing coaching and mentoring, and contributing to the development of a high-performing team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency
* Supervise and mentor a team of Service Desk Technicians
* Manage staff performance, provide coaching and feedback, and contribute to employee development
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in a service desk leadership or management position
* Strong knowledge of IT service management principles and practices
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
