- Contribute to HR-related projects and initiatives, such as talent acquisition and employer branding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve HR processes.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR and digitalization, with attention to detail and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
- Fluency in German and strong English language skills are required.
