Position Summary:
The Scenter Manager plays a crucial role at Scenthound, providing strong leadership, sales acumen, and outstanding customer service.
Key Requirements:
- Proven management experience
- Background in customer service (retail or restaurant)
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stamina for prolonged standing
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in a smoke-free environment

Responsibilities:
- Drive membership sales through education on health and wellness
- Ensure a knowledgeable team prioritizing dog wellness and safety
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to Scenter staff
- Facilitate employee development through training and performance evaluations
- Maintain quality standards through active participation and audits
- Communicate effectively with your team regarding management directives
- Identify and address areas needing assistance to keep operations on track
- Foster an environment of teamwork, open communication, and adherence to company values
- Manage client expectations and resolve customer concerns
- Ensure the safety of dogs and team members at all times
- Follow sanitary and cleaning protocols
