Position Summary:
The Scenter Manager plays a crucial role at Scenthound, providing strong leadership, sales acumen, and outstanding customer service.


Key Requirements:

  • Proven management experience
  • Background in customer service (retail or restaurant)
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stamina for prolonged standing
  • Reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

  • Drive membership sales through education on health and wellness
  • Ensure a knowledgeable team prioritizing dog wellness and safety
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to Scenter staff
  • Facilitate employee development through training and performance evaluations
  • Maintain quality standards through active participation and audits
  • Communicate effectively with your team regarding management directives
  • Identify and address areas needing assistance to keep operations on track
  • Foster an environment of teamwork, open communication, and adherence to company values
  • Manage client expectations and resolve customer concerns
  • Ensure the safety of dogs and team members at all times
  • Follow sanitary and cleaning protocols
