Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our global membership team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting prospective and existing BNI Members through various communications and tasks. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with members and prospective Members via phone, email, chat, or social media, communicating the value of BNI and helping them find and visit a local Chapter using BNI systems and technology. This is a full-time, non-exempt paid position with a salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work closely with executive professionals on our Global Support Team and business leaders from around the world.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have at least two years of sales and call center experience, as well as an Associate's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent job experience. You must have outstanding sales skills, a strong work ethic, and a can-do attitude, ready to learn a lot and contribute significant value to BNI. With a high level of professionalism, sense of urgency, and attention to detail, you will have the opportunity to make a big impact to small business owners throughout the United States.
