About the Role:

The CRVA is seeking a skilled Membership Sales Manager to drive new membership sales and develop programming to aid in retention of memberships for the NASCAR Hall of Fame. This individual will be responsible for collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop innovative membership sales strategies, executing lead generation tactics, and analyzing market trends to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute membership sales strategies: Utilize market research and data analysis to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted sales plans.
  • Lead generation: Execute telemarketing, direct mail, referral programs, and industry outreach initiatives to drive new membership sales.
  • Data analysis: Analyze membership database and sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
  • Renewal process: Oversee all aspects of the renewal process, including design, mailing, and processing of renewals.
  • Member engagement: Plan and collaborate on membership events to foster strong relationships with members and promote member benefits.
  • Industry outreach: Identify and pursue opportunities to strengthen relationships with industry partners and promote the NASCAR Hall of Fame membership program.

Requirements:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants should have:

  • Bachelor's degree: In a relevant field, such as marketing, sales, or business administration.
  • 3-4 years of experience: In a sales or membership development role, preferably in the non-profit or entertainment industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, members, and external partners.
  • Possession of Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
