Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Enrollment Services Representative to join our team at our San Jose campus. As an Enrollment Services Representative, you will play a critical role in encouraging prospective students to pursue higher education and providing support and guidance throughout the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective students to understand their career goals and aspirations.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to help students navigate the enrollment process and select the right program for their needs.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the enrollment process.
  • Conduct outreach and recruitment activities to promote Carrington College programs and services.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Carrington College programs, services, and policies to provide accurate and informed guidance to students.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
  • Previous sales and/or customer service experience, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
