Position Overview
This role is situated within our Public Affairs division, focusing on social insights. The Social Insights Strategist is a blend of analytical and creative thinking, responsible for tracking, analyzing, and deriving insights from data to enhance content performance.

Your responsibilities will include identifying key trends and universal truths within our communities to drive relevant content and storytelling.

This position also involves social listening, both reactive and proactive, to understand conversation themes, identify emerging issues, and recognize social trends.

As a vital contributor, you will collaborate with our enterprise digital teams to implement best practices in social listening for effective issues management and conversation insights.


Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance social programs through measurement and analysis aligned with company objectives.
  • Exhibit a strong interest in social and digital metrics and trends.
  • Continuously monitor and assess digital and social media performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Establish and maintain a reporting system to share insights on content performance with stakeholders.
  • Manage and optimize social listening tools and capabilities.
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies across various channels to create impactful content.
  • Conduct A/B testing on social messaging and imagery to refine audience engagement.
  • Innovate and propose new analytical approaches to enhance measurement and insights.

Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in an analytics role within marketing, public relations, or digital media.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a proven track record of interpreting data and developing actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with social analytics platforms such as Sprinklr or similar tools.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, capable of handling multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
