Job Title: Help Desk Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Help Desk Analyst to join our team at Dexian. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our learners across multiple channels, including Slack and a shared mailbox.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fielding learner questions and providing timely and accurate responses
- Identifying trends in queries and escalating issues as needed
- Managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively
- Providing strong written communication skills with a customer-first approach
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage technical questions
Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a support or customer service role
- Familiarity with Slack, ticketing systems, or email support platforms
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently
